MADONNA is a Florida attorney who limits her practice to adoption law. She is one of the first attorneys in the state of Florida to be Board Certified in Adoption Law, and is considered an Adoption Law Specialist by the Florida Bar. Ms. Finney is a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, and serves as a Director and the Legislative Chair for the Florida Adoption Council. She is past President of the Florida Association of Adoption Lawyers, and has served on the Florida Bar Family Law Section Committee on Adoption. She is actively involved in adoption issues before the State of Florida Legislature and has testified before numerous committees. She is a former professional lobbyist, and a founding member of the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists.
Madonna is a founder of COSHARE, INC., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies and equipment to children in developing companies. In 1995, the Florida Supreme Court and Governor Lawton Chiles recognized her for outstanding Pro Bono service to the court for her representation of abused, abandoned and neglected children. In 2008, she was presented the Adoption Star Award by the Florida Adoption Council for her work in the area of adoption. She graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1987, and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1988. Ms. Finney is admitted to the Federal Bar of the Middle District of Florida, and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. She has achieved the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell, meaning she’s rated at the highest level of professional excellence by the legal community.
Madonna has followed in her father’s footsteps, practicing law. She learned the importance of the ethical practice of adoption law from him as he participated in many adoptive placements in the 50's, 60's and 70's as part of his pro bono service to the South Florida community where Madonna grew up. She is the proud mother of two college age daughters.

Courtney is a Florida attorney whose primary
Courtney is a Florida attorney whose primary area of interest is adoption law. She began her career assisting the judges of the First District Court of Appeal of Florida, working first as a postconviction attorney and later as a law clerk for two of the appellate judges.
While at the court, Ms. Lee developed a keen interest in child welfare and moved to the Florida Department of Children and Families where she served as the Compact Administrator for the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children and the Interstate Compact on Adoption and Medical Assistance. There, Ms. Lee was charged with ensuring that children who were placed across state lines for adoption and relative placement found loving, stable, safe homes and ensuring that children’s health insurance transferred with them as they moved from state to state. During her time at the Department, Ms. Lee served as the President of the Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, tackling nationwide initiatives to expedite the placement of children into loving, permanent homes.
Courtney obtained her bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia in 2000. She graduated from the Florida State University College of Law and became a member of the Florida Bar in 2006. She is a proud mother of three amazing children, and an adoptive parent herself.

DEANNA has worked as our firm's Administrative Assistant for Legal Issues since 2009, providing support to both adoptive and birth families and our legal staff. She joined our firm after having worked as a court reporter and has worked in the legal field for over 15 years. She is the proud mother of a very spunky daughter who keeps her quite busy.
SABRINA has worked as our firm's Administrative
SABRINA has worked as our firm's Administrative Assistant since 2014. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Sociology. Sabrina enjoys spending time with family (especially her niece and nephew whom she adores!) and going to FSU Football games. She keeps our office running smoothly and assists birth mothers and adoptive families.
ANGELA has worked for our firm since 2012.
ANGELA has worked for our firm since 2012. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Sciences and Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health. She is married and she and her husband have three young children. When Angela is not spending time with her family and chasing her children around, she enjoys exercising and gardening. Angela works closely to provide support services and counseling to our birth mothers.

SARAVI works as one of our birth mother counselors. Since obtaining her Master's degree from Florida State University in 2007, she has been incredibly privileged to have worked alongside courageous birthmothers and has supported many precious adoptive families grow through the gift of adoption. She provides our birth mothers with both faith based and non-faith based counseling services. SarahVi is married with two children. She enjoys photography, reading and a great cup of coffee! SarahVi's heart is serving people.
